Because ye have burned incense； and because ye have sinned against the LORD； and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD； nor walked in his law； nor in his statutes； nor in his testimonies； therefore this evil is happened unto you； as at this day。
44：24耶利米又对众民和众妇女说，你们在埃及地的一切犹大人当听耶和华的话。
Moreover Jeremiah said unto all the people； and to all the women； Hear the word of the LORD； all Judah that are in the land of Egypt：
44：25万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说，你们和你们的妻都口中说，手里作，说，我们定要偿还所许的愿，向天后烧香，浇奠祭。现在你们只管坚定所许的愿而偿还吧。
Thus saith the LORD of hosts； the God of Israel； saying； Ye and your wives have both spoken with your mouths； and fulfilled with your hand； saying； We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed； to burn incense to the queen of heaven； and to pour out drink offerings unto her： ye will surely acplish your vows； and surely perform your vows。
44：26所以你们住在埃及地的一切犹大人当听耶和华的话。耶和华说，我指着我的大名起誓，在埃及全地，我的名不再被犹大一个人的口称呼说，我指着主永生的耶和华起誓。
Therefore hear ye the word of the LORD； all Judah that dwell in the land of Egypt； Behold； I have sworn by my great name； saith the LORD； that my name shall no more be named in the mouth of any man of Judah in all the land of Egypt； saying； The Lord GOD liveth。
44：27我向他们留意降祸不降福。在埃及地的一切犹大人必因刀剑，饥荒所灭，直到灭尽。
Behold； I will watch over them for evil； and not for good： and all the men of Judah that are in the land of Egypt shall be consumed by the sword and by the famine； until there be an end of them。
44：28脱离刀剑，从埃及地归回犹大地的人数很少。那进入埃及地要在那里寄居的，就是所剩下的犹大人，必知道是谁的话立得住，是我的话呢。是他们的话呢。
Yet a small number that escape the sword shall return out of the land of Egypt into the land of Judah； and all the remnant of Judah； that are gone into the land of Egypt to sojourn there； shall know whose words shall stand； mine； or theirs。
44：29耶和华说，我在这地方刑罚你们，必有预兆，使你们知道我降祸与你们的话必要立得住。
And this shall be a sign unto you； saith the LORD； that I will punish you in this place； that ye may know that my words shall surely stand against you for evil：
44：30耶和华如此说，我必将埃及王法老合弗拉交在他仇敌和寻索其命的人手中，像我将犹大王西底家交在他仇敌，和寻索其命的巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒手中一样。
Thus saith the LORD； Behold； I will give Pharaohhophra king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies； and into the hand of them that seek his life； as I gave Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon； his enemy； and that sought his life。

45：1犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬第四年，尼利亚的儿子巴录将先知耶利米口中所说的话写在书上。耶利米说，
The word that Jeremiah the prophet spake unto Baruch the son of Neriah； when he had written these words in a book at the mouth of Jeremiah； in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah； saying；
45：2巴录阿，耶和华以色列的神说，
Thus saith the LORD； the God of Israel； unto thee； O Baruch：
45：3巴录（原文作你）曾说，哀哉。耶和华将忧愁加在我的痛苦上，我因唉哼而困乏，不得安歇。
Thou didst say； Woe is me now！ for the LORD hath added grief to my sorrow； I fainted in my sighing； and I find no rest。
45：4你要这样告诉他，耶和华如此说，我所建立的，我必拆毁。我所栽植的，我必拔出。在全地我都如此行。
Thus shalt thou say unto him； The LORD saith thus； Behold； that which I have built will I break down； and that which I have planted I will pluck up； even this whole land。
45：5你为自己图谋大事吗。不要图谋。我必使灾祸临到凡有血气的。但你无论往哪里去，我必使你以自己的命为掠物。这是耶和华说的。
And seekest thou great things for thyself？ seek them not： for； behold； I will bring evil upon all flesh； saith the LORD： but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all places whither thou goest。

46：1耶和华论列国的话临到先知耶利米。
The word of the LORD which came to Jeremiah the prophet against the Gentiles；
46：2论到关乎埃及王法老尼哥的军队，这军队安营在幼发拉底河边的迦基米施，是巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒在犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬第四年所打败的。
Against Egypt； against the army of Pharaohnecho king of Egypt； which was by the river Euphrates in Carchemish； which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah。
46：3你们要预备大小盾牌，往前上阵。
Order ye the buckler and shield； and draw near to battle。
46：4你们套上车，骑上马。顶盔站立，磨枪贯甲。
Harness the horses； and get up； ye horsemen； and stand forth with your helmets； furbish the spears； and put on the brigandines。
46：5我为何看见他们惊惶转身退后呢。他们的勇士打败了，急忙逃跑，并不回头。惊吓四围都有。这是耶和华说的。
Wherefore have I seen them dismayed and turned away back？ and their mighty ones are beaten down； and are fled apace； and look not back： for fear was round about； saith the LORD。
46：6不要容快跑的逃避。不要容勇士逃脱（或作快跑的不能逃避。勇士不能逃脱）。他们在北方幼发拉底河边绊跌仆倒。
Let not the swift flee away； nor the mighty man escape； they shall stumble； and fall toward the north by the river Euphrates。
46：7像尼罗河涨发，像江河之水翻腾的是谁呢。
Who is this that eth up as a flood； whose waters are moved as the rivers？
46：8埃及像尼罗河涨发，像江河的水翻腾。他说，我要涨发遮盖遍地。我要毁灭城邑和其中的居民。
Egypt riseth up like a flood； and his waters are moved like the rivers； and he saith； I will go up； and will cover the earth； I will destroy the city and the inhabitants thereof。
46：9马匹上去吧。车辆急行吧。勇士，就是手拿盾牌的古实人和弗人（又作利比亚人），并拉弓的路德族，都出去吧。
e up； ye horses； and rage； ye chariots； and let the mighty men e forth； the Ethiopians and the Libyans； that handle the shield； and the Lydians； that handle and bend the bow。
46：10那日是主万军之耶和华报仇的日子，要向敌人报仇。刀剑必吞吃得饱，饮血饮足。因为主万军之耶和华在北方幼幼发拉底河边有献祭的事。
For this is the day of the Lord GOD of hosts； a day of vengeance； that he may avenge him of his adversaries： and the sword shall devour； and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood： for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates。
46：11埃及的民（原文作处女）哪，可以上基列取乳香去。你虽多服良药，总是徒然，不得治好。
Go up into Gilead； and take balm； O virgin； the daughter of Egypt： in vain shalt thou use many medicines； for thou shalt not be cured。
46：12列国听见你的羞辱，遍地满了你的哀声。勇士与勇士彼此相碰，一齐跌倒。
The nations have heard of thy shame； and thy cry hath filled the land： for the mighty man hath stumbled against the mighty； and they are fallen both together。
46：13耶和华对先知耶利米所说的话，论到巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒要来攻击埃及地，
The word that the LORD spake to Jeremiah the prophet； how Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon should e and smite the land of Egypt。
46：14你们要传扬在埃及，宣告在密夺，报告在挪弗，答比匿说，要站起出队，自作准备，因为刀剑在你四围施行吞灭的事。
Declare ye in Egypt； and publish in Migdol； and publish in Noph and in Tahpanhes： say ye； Stand fast； and prepare thee； for the sword shall devour round about thee。
46：15你的壮士为何被冲去呢。他们站立不住。因为耶和华驱逐他们，
Why are thy valiant men swept away？ they stood not； because the LORD did drive them。
46：16使多人绊跌。他们也彼此撞倒，说，起来吧。我们再往本民本地去，好躲避欺压的刀剑。
He made many to fall； yea； one fell upon another： and they said； Arise； and let us go again to our own people； and to the land of our nativity； from the oppressing sword。
46：17他们在那里喊叫说，埃及王法老不过是个声音（或作已经败亡）。他已错过所定的时候了。
They did cry there； Pharaoh king of Egypt is but a noise； he hath passed the time appointed。
46：18君王名为万军之耶和华的说，我指着我的永生起誓，尼布甲尼撒（原文作他）来的势派必像他泊在众山之中，像迦密在海边一样。
As I live； saith the King； whose name is the LORD of hosts； Surely as Tabor is among the mountains； and as Carmel by the sea； so shall he e。
46：19住在埃及的民哪（原文作女子），要预备掳去时所用的物件。因为挪弗必成为荒场，且被烧毁，无人居住。
